3. When you are 33+. This means you can now do Robot. Pick up the quest from Shutting, and spam the crud outstays the quest.

Try hard to Win it, because the exp from it to a level 33~39 is much more then level 40-46. Between Koss, do your quests. Remember to ask your Academy for help if you have problems. You will easily up to level 40.
